Moving my Triumph Rocket with the engine out of action is not the easiest but he had it on board within minutes and delivered to the dealer with time to spare. RCL went above and beyond the call of duty when I suddenly had to travel for work and delivered my new ride safely home to a secure area without supervision.   • What a splendid gentleman Gavin is.Called at him at 10:30pm on a Saturday night and he answered almost immediately, was with me in 20 minutes. Extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with, had the bike loaded up within minutes, drove me home.   • Earlier this week my partner was in a crash... I had the duty of hunting down his motorcycle in Camden and arrange for someone to come and collect it! I came across RCL... Gavin was fantastic!, the service was amazing, really careful with the bike, really understanding of my situation, I was driven home also by Gavin and he was more than helpful! Whilst he dealt with the bike I was instructed to get in the warmth and wait in the van. Genuinely such a nice a guy.Thank you so much Gavin for making that day go so much smoother than I originally thought it would be! A difficult situation made so simple!! :)
